Meet Phil
Phil Biegler is the founder and principal attorney of Biegler Law. As a partner, son, brother, and uncle, Phil understands the importance of planning to protect those you love. He strives to provide top-notch client service by carefully answering questions and demystifying the estate planning process.
Phil grew up in Florida. He attended the University of Georgia, where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in psychology in 2012. He attended law school at Emory University, where he graduated with High Honors in 2015. His legal career began as a law clerk for both a federal district court judge and a federal court of appeals judge.
After clerking, Phil moved to New York City and practiced at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Friedman Kaplan Seiler Adelman & Robbins LLP. There, he developed a sharp eye for detail and an ability to communicate complex legal ideas in clear, practical terms.
He now enjoys applying these skills in his estate planning practice.
